Australia, New Zealand, United States, Brazil, Canada (5-14 business days) - USD12.00

Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands, Slovenia (5-14 business days) - USD15.00

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a tracking link when your order is dispatched. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS AFTER PLACING AN ORDER?

Do reach out to us at orders@earthkind.co within 24 hours of your purchase. We will try our best to assist you as long as your item has not been dispatched.

Please note that your order may be subjected to additional charges if you would like us to deliver to a different country.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be made once your order has been confirmed. However, if you are still unhappy with your purchase, we recommend returning your item(s) for a refund (store credit) and placing a new order for a different product. 

I RECEIVED AN INCORRECT/FAULTY ITEM, WHAT DO I DO?

We are really sorry you received an incorrect/faulty item! :(

Please contact us at orders@earthkind.co within 30 days from the delivery date with the following info:

- Your order number

- The product name of the incorrect/faulty item 

- Photo of the incorrect/faulty item

Returns & Exchanges

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that all items are unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags intact and the original packaging (garment bag) included. Any returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted. 

Once we receive and validate your return, you will be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s). You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation once your return is processed (within 14 business days from when we receive it).

Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for any returns. 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase!

For returns, please contact us at orders@earthkind.co with the subject ‘Returns’ and include the following information:

- Your order number

- Reason for return

Our team will get back to you with the return instructions within 3 business days. 


Please note that we are not able to cover the cost of return postage unless the item is incorrect/faulty.
