Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that all items are unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags intact and the original packaging (garment bag) included. Any returns that do not comply with our policy will not be accepted.
Once we receive and validate your return, you will be issued a Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price of the returned item(s). You will be informed of your refund via email confirmation once your return is processed (within 14 business days from when we receive it).
Please note that we do not provide cash refunds for any returns.
